Earlier this season, he received a very warm welcome at the Bell Centre. He might be in his last lap as a goaltender, and he's fully enjoying it.
While visiting Pittsburgh with the Wild, Fleury reunited with former teammates and friends. The ultimate prankster even sneaked into the Penguins' locker room to swap Kristopher Letang's helmet before warm-ups. He had the white helmet that the team wears on the road instead of the black one.
Of course, the team staff gladly allowed Fleury to play this prank, and they granted him access. It's quite special to see how the connection remains, even though the goaltender hasn't been in Pittsburgh for over six years.
On a slightly less joyful note, the Wild's head coach didn't even put Marc-Andre in the game. The fans in the stands were chanting "we want Fleury."
