Good news for Marc-Edouard Vlasic, who is a different player
The news hasn't been very good for Marc-Édouard Vlasic in recent years. A defenseman who was once dominant and had a place with Team Canada has become an expert at warming the bench in the stands with the worst team in the NHL.
It's hard to understand, and fans in San Jose were discouraged that a player who was once so dominant had become so ordinary after signing his big contract.
Major turnaround announced by Frédérique Guay
As you know, the Hometown defenseman is in a relationship with the charming anchorwoman Frédérique Guay. She wanted to share with everyone how much her partner has been on fire lately.
A transformed player who only collected two assists in his first 22 games with an average ice time of 14 minutes and several stays in the stands.
Since then, it's five goals, an average of 23 minutes per game, and a positive differential of +3. That's excellent for a team at the bottom of the standings.
Keep it up, Marc-Édouard!
