Significant development for the young Shane Wright
Just before the Kraken announced the acquisition of Tomas Tatar, we learned that they have recalled Shane Wright from the AHL.
Wright is having a more than respectable season this year, with a collection of 16 points in 18 games. At 19 years old, that's quite impressive. Finally, we can say there's positive development in his game, and the organization has just rewarded him.
Now we'll see if he's truly ready for the NHL this time, as the transition between the two leagues can be quite challenging.
Regardless, it's excellent news, and we're genuinely happy for him.
