It's now confirmed for four NHL players: They must report to the London police for charges
A few days ago, four NHL players and another playing in Europe all left their respective teams for personal reasons. The connection was easy to make as they were all part of the 2018 Team Canada junior edition.
The only player who plays in Europe and had reported to the police so far was Alex Formenton. In the last few minutes, the other four have followed suit.
Indeed, Carter Hart, Cal Foote, Michael McLeod, and Dillon Dube have just reported to formally receive their charges.
"Four NHLers Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dube & Cal Foote have been directed to surrender to London police to be charged in connection with an alleged incident that occurred during a 2018 Hockey Canada event."

So, we are finally approaching a final verdict. Details will follow during the trial. We can officially speak of charges now, not just allegations.
