An Oilers fan asks Gary Bettman the perfect question, and it's a big one
Obviously, no matter where the Stanley Cup Final series is played, Gary Bettman is present, as the trophy can be won from the 4th game onwards.
The commissioner cannot be absent if a team is to win, so he was naturally in Edmonton for games 4 and 6 of the series between the Oilers and the Panthers.
I have no idea how this fan managed to get so close to Bettman, but he went up to him and asked the best question possible.
Gary, why do you dislike Canadian teams?
- Oilers fan
Of course, the commissioner wasn't going to answer that, but the look on his face said it all, and the video went viral.
Additionally, Bettman was spotted giving a hug to a Panthers fan, a photo that made its rounds on the web.
It's clear that once surrounded by Oilers fans, a Canadian team, he seemed much less festive.
Anyway, you can see the video below. Make your own opinion, but one thing is certain: it's causing a lot of buzz.
