Arber Xhekaj charges at an opponent and uses him as a punching bag
The Laval Rocket hosted the Belleville Senators at Place Bell on Friday night. In the third period, Saulnier delivered a solid hit on Xavier Simoneau, something the sheriff did not appreciate.
While the play was stopped, Xhekaj rushed at his opponent and gave him a good beating. The message is clear: no one will touch the sheriff's teammates without consequences.
This is only his second fight since joining the Laval Rocket. Xhekaj has a mandate to improve his overall game, and it can be said that he has accomplished that mission so far.
