Done: it's now confirmed for Brad Marchand and the Bruins
The Boston Bruins simply cannot afford to lose the next game against the Panthers tonight in Boston.
They will need everyone to bounce back from their 6-2 loss in the last game, and that's where the worst news confirms.
Captain Brad Marchand will have to miss the game, having been solidly hit by Sam Bennett in the last matchup.
The players will all have to step up their game to compensate for this loss. A loss tonight could be fatal for the Bruins.
Conversely, if the team manages to win without their captain and he returns for Game #5, they will surely have the wind at their backs.
Their head coach, Montreal-born Jim Montgomery, took the blame for the last defeat and will certainly have a better plan this time.
However, I fear that the loss of Marchand will be enough for the Bruins to surrender. They don't have incredible depth upfront, and the Panthers are really strong.
I would be surprised if the Bruins win tonight, but you never know what can happen in the playoffs!
