A big move has just been made by the Boston Bruins
We have just learned that the Boston Bruins have made a big splash in the free agent market today, by offering a professional tryout contract to forward Danton Heinen.
The latter, who was also drafted by the same organization in 2014, is a forward who could become an excellent bargain if he were to make a good impression at the Bruins' training camp.
At 28 years old, he has amassed 413 games in his NHL career, collecting 176 points along the way. Known more for his solid defensive play, Heinen has everything to become a hidden gem in Boston.
He will add great depth to the lineup, having had a superb season of 18 goals and 33 points in 2021-2022 with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
