Another fan favorite falls for the Canadiens during the game, as defenseman Arber Xhekaj heads to the infirmary
The Canadiens are facing off against the Golden Knights at the Bell Centre. True to their style, the visitors never hesitate to throw their weight around.
A sturdy and confident team can be dangerous, and Arber Xhekaj learned that the hard way. He took a solid hit from Ivan Barbashev along the boards and left the game for the infirmary.
Let's hope he'll be back for the third period. According to what Marc Denis said, it seemed to be the shoulder. Stay tuned...
Update: Xhekaj will not return in the game.
