Attitude issue for Jake Allen? A recent interview clearly demonstrates that it is completely false
With his recent struggles, there is reason to be concerned about Jake Allen's performance. There are increasing rumors suggesting that the goalie no longer has unanimous support in the locker room, and it is becoming worrisome.
It can't be easy being the subject of trade rumors or being the least consistent goaltender in a three-goalie rotation. However, it's important to note that the negative rumors are entirely false, and Allen has once again proven that in front of the journalists.
'I know I need to give more, and I can do it. Obviously, it's harder for me. But I feel like I've been solid in the last five games, and that's what I'm focusing on.' - Jake Allen, who also had very positive words, once again, about his partner Samuel Montembeault.
He can't be blamed for being a true professional, and the rumors about his attitude need to stop. Yes, it's tougher for him, and yes, there's a good chance he'll have to change teams soon, but under no circumstances does he have an attitude problem.
You can hear his comments around the 22nd minute.
