Extremely dangerous incident: Jacob Trouba delivers a stick to the head of Trent Frederic from the Bruins
During a skirmish near the Rangers' net, we witnessed a scene that we never want to see in hockey. A very dirty move from a player with a bad reputation.
Indeed, Jacob Trouba delivered a violent stick hit to the head of Trent Frederic, an act that wasn't even penalized during the play.
I've watched the video at least 20 times, and I can't understand how he could explain his actions. He takes a two-handed swing directly targeting the head.
Hopefully, the NHL will take action, as this isn't the first time Trouba has made a questionable move, and he will repeat it if not severely punished.
According to the rules, players are responsible for their sticks. A friendly reminder for the Department of Player Safety.
