Finally, Kent Hughes makes the announcement that everyone has been waiting for since the beginning of the season
With the impressive start he had in the Rocket, tallying 12 points in his first five professional games, fans were calling for Joshua Roy to be called up by the Canadiens.
After Joel Armia twice, Mitchell Stephens, and Emil Heineman twice, it's now time for the Quebec-born forward.
Kent Hughes has always said that he would give him time to learn what it means to be a professional and that he wouldn't recall him just to be on a fourth line. So, we'll see on Saturday morning, during the pre-game practice at the Bell Centre, where Martin St-Louis will place him.
Unless there's news of another injury, logic would suggest that Joel Armia might make way for him, as Stephens is doing well on the fourth line's center. So, don't be surprised if he plays on the line with Sean Monahan or Jake Evans.
We will find out in the next few hours.
