Finally some good news for the Canadiens, as two forwards are on track to return to action on schedule
Good news has been scarce lately in the Canadiens' realm. When a non-injury like Josh Anderson's is enough to make headlines, it says a lot.
Indeed, injuries are once again making headlines for the team this year. Currently, Kirby Dach, Alex Newhook, Rafaël Harvey-Pinard, Tanner Pearson, and Christian Dvorak are injured forwards. It's a lot, especially considering that the season for two of them is over.
However, there's some positive news, as RHP and Pearson have started solo skating, and their return to play will be very soon.
"I'm not a doctor or physiotherapist, but RHP looks like a guy whose ankle is in good health. And number 49's cardio also seems to have weathered the holiday season."
The return of these two players will be more than welcome. It will greatly help to fill several players into the right roles. Emil Heineman, who has just been recalled, will have to prove to the organization that he deserves to play more than Joel Armia and Michael Pezzetta.
