Martin St-Louis confirms the two rumors of the day
The Canadiens are in Boston to face the Bruins tonight. For the occasion, quality reinforcement is returning to the lineup as Josh Anderson will be back in action.
It's good news as he was in good form before getting injured. Martin St-Louis confirmed the rumor earlier in the day.
The Canadiens' coach didn't stop there. Of course, with one forward returning, another must sit out, and the immediate thought is Joshua Roy. However, that is not the case, as Jesse Ylonen is the one left out.
So, in the short term, Roy has gained the coach's trust and remains in the lineup. This means he'll get to experience the Montreal/Boston rivalry for the very first time.
"Jesse Ylönen will be scratched tonight with the return of Josh Anderson. Joshua Roy has earned the coach's trust with his recent performances. A good decision by Mr. St-Louis!" - Marc-Olivier Beaudoin
Indeed, it's a very good decision, as the young player has been performing well in his early NHL appearances. Jesse Ylonen must find a way to bring consistency to his game, or his future with the Canadiens may be short-lived.
