Surprise trade between the Seattle Kraken and the Montreal Canadiens: Kent Hughes and Ron Francis in talks for a goaltender
For several weeks, rumors have been swirling everywhere regarding a potential trade involving a Canadiens goaltender.
We know that the Oilers and the Devils are actively in the mix, but a new player has just entered the scene. Indeed, the Kraken and their GM Ron Francis are reportedly in talks with Kent Hughes, and they have interest in Jake Allen and Cayden Primeau.
"Moreover, Ron Francis, the general manager of the Seattle Kraken, is said to have picked up the phone to inquire about the goaltending situation with his counterpart at the Canadiens, according to information from Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun.
It would be the names of Jake Allen and Cayden Primeau that would pique the interest of several teams."
