Bar stories involving Canadiens players: We're hearing some interesting ones
Recently, we learned that Cole Caufield might have had a mishap in a bar, courtesy of journalist Réjean Tremblay. The guys from the Stanley 25 podcast, which is excellent (highly recommended in french), set the record straight.
Indeed, JT Utah and Max Truman asserted that the guys were with a chaperone provided by the Canadiens to prevent any excesses. So, Caufield was in good hands that night.
More recently, they had Odile Bernard, a former participant in Occupation Double who worked in bars. She has seen Canadiens players over the years, and she agreed to talk about those who partied quite heavily.
Max and JT had to coax the details out of her a bit, but not surprisingly, she admitted that the Kostitsyn brothers were quite intense.
