Former Canadiens player Jarred Tinordi signs with the Calgary Flames
The Canadiens' 22nd overall pick in the 2010 draft, Jarred Tinordi, has signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Calgary Flames.
The deal is worth $800,000 at the NHL level.
Last season, Tinordi collected 9 points and 64 penalty minutes in 52 games with the Chicago Blackhawks.
He is notably remembered for ending Kirby Dach's season in the second game of the season.
This will be Jarred Tinordi's eighth team, as he turned 32 in February.
We wish him success and hope he secures a spot with the Flames to remain in the NHL.
In his career, Tinordi has accumulated 4 goals and 30 points, along with 234 penalty minutes in 205 games.
