After just over 10 minutes of play, Dan Bylsma's squad was leading the game 4-0 against Martin St-Louis's squad.
That was all it took for Martin St-Louis to make changes to his lineup. Usually the easy decision would have been to change his goaltender, Samuel Montembeault, who conceded four times on eight shots.
However, the Habs' head coach decided to change his lines instead. Returning to the lineup after missing a few games with an upper-body injury, Juraj Slafkovsky quickly found himself on the top line, after starting the game on the second line alongside Alex Newhook and Joel Armia.
Unfortunately for Kirby Dach, he was the one who went back to the second line, following this atrocious start to the game for the team.
AS SOON AS the change was made by St-Louis, forward Cole Caufield scored a super nice goal, to give hope to the Montreal Canadiens fans. Who contributed to this goal? Juraj Slafkovsky, of course.

Further proof that the chemistry of this first trio, composed of Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield and Juraj Slafkovsky, is at its peak.
At the time of writing, Cole Caufield collected his ninth goal of the season, in his tenth game. He therefore has 10 points in 10 games, since the beginning of the campaign.
Solid start to the season, for the Habs sniper.
