Movement in the Canadiens' organization: Kent Hughes moves a goaltender
A few days ago, we learned that the Laval Rocket, through Kent Hughes, sent goaltender Strauss Mann to the Trois-Rivières Lions. This move put an end to the three-way situation in Laval, which was in a similar position as the Canadiens since the arrival of Kasimir Kaskisuo.
While we wait for Hughes to do the same in Montreal, the opposite has just happened. Strauss Mann has been recalled by the Laval Rocket.
"After two quality starts in Trois-Rivières, Strauss Mann is immediately recalled to Laval."
- Anthony Marcotte
It's quite surprising, but as my colleagues from habsetlnh.com mentioned, it could hide something, like a Jakub Dobes trade, for example.
A story to follow. It's a very surprising decision and definitely hides something, especially since Hughes knows very well the negative impact a three-way situation in goal can have.
