Special request to Chantal Machabée: Patrik Laine's girlfriend received many responses
Last week, we mentioned a particular request from Patrik Laine's girlfriend, Jordan Leigh, which was somewhat directed towards Chantal Machabée.
She asked people online for recommendations for a good French teacher and inquired about what she should know about Montreal and Quebec.
We know that Chantal Machabée is responsible for handling players' and their families' requests regarding learning French, so this message was indirectly addressed to her. I wouldn't be surprised if she has already reached out to Patrik Laine and his girlfriend to move forward with this request.
However, many people responded to the online request, and a lot of them mentioned poutine.
Jordan Leigh's response was quite enthusiastic:
It's clear that she's very excited about coming to Montreal, and Patrik Laine, who is a bit more reserved, must be as well.
I don't know about you, but this situation reminds me a bit of Carey and Angela Price, with Carey being more reserved and Angela being very engaged with the fans.
