The Canadiens Witnessed an Unpleasant Scene During Warm-up in Florida
The Bell Centre is known to be a vibrant venue for all NHL players who pass through. It is one of the most appreciated buildings for the atmosphere it fosters.
However, the atmosphere is not as spectacular everywhere. In Florida, for example, people are not as passionate about their team as they are in Montreal.
During Thursday night's Canadiens' visit to the Panthers' home, specifically during the warm-up period, the atmosphere was so poor that there was no music. It was almost unpleasant.
"Have never seen an NHL warmup taking place without music." - Arpon Basu
We are talking about a journalist who has been following the Canadiens for years and has been to all NHL arenas. There was probably a last-minute issue, and that's why there was no music, but a plan B should have been in place to avoid such a situation.
