The death of Johnny Gaudreau has deeply affected many, including Canadiens and Montreal fans, who have been showing their support in large numbers at the Bell Centre.

A significant amount of memorabilia, notes, flowers, and tokens of affection for Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew were placed around the Bell Centre. This initiative was a heartfelt demonstration of the Montreal fans' respect and love.

Among these tributes were mini hockey items, placed there for a special reason. Matt Gaudreau shared:

"We played mini hockey a lot, so it's usually played on your knees with the mini stick, mini nets, little ball. And we had a specific room in the house that we were only allowed to play that in.

And it was probably 12 by 12 room. And there was a lot of holes in the walls, a lot of blood on the walls, a lot of damage is done to that room because of the competitiveness that we had growing up. And that really just drove us all the way."

However, today, almost all of these tributes have disappeared from the Bell Centre. It is unclear who removed them and why.

"Update on the Gaudreau shrine at the Bell Centre: looks like everything from yesterday was removed, only this is left. Would love to know what happened to it?" - HFTV

Even the notes that were posted on the walls have been taken down. This doesn't appear to be the work of vagrants. We don't want to assume that the Bell Centre staff were responsible for this, but we hope there is a grand reason behind the actions of the Canadiens organization.
