Worrying scene involving Jayden Struble, and it really looks like Rafael Harvey-Pinard's injury
A few days ago, Rafaël Harvey-Pinard got injured in an accidental collision with Joel Armia. Armia's weight fell heavily on his leg, which was in a precarious position.
We have just witnessed a similar incident at Madison Square Garden, where Jayden Struble delivered a solid check to Blake Wheeler.
Wheeler's skate got caught, and his weight fell on his leg, which was in an awkward position.
Wheeler was unable to get up on his own. He was escorted off the ice, where a stretcher awaited him.
It is very concerning, and much like Harvey-Pinard and Mikhail Sergachev, he is expected to be sidelined for an extended period.
