A massive transaction has just been confirmed, and it involves two excellent players, including Cutter Gauthier
We've just witnessed a completely wild NHL trade, as Lane Hutson's teammate on Team USA, who just won gold, Cutter Gauthier, is now with the Anaheim Ducks.
In return, the Flyers receive the excellent Jamie Drysdale and a 2025 2nd-round pick.
This trade reopens the debate on the possibility of seeing Trevor Zegras coming to Montreal. Like him, Drysdale has been in trade rumors for some time.
It's clear that the Ducks are not afraid to make moves, but it comes at a cost. Cutter Gauthier is quite the hockey player and will undoubtedly help the Ducks in the very short term.
