Appalling scene as a player forcefully struck his head on the ice
In a QMJHL game between the Quebec Remparts and the Sherbrooke Phoenix, a very concerning scene unfolded.
"Dej hit the post while backing up and knocked himself out on the ice when falling. We are still waiting for an update."
Frantisek Dej, an 18-year-old center for the Phoenix, is in critical condition.
Out of respect for him, we will not share any video of the incident. Let's hope he fully recovers from his injuries and has no lasting effects.
