Breaking News: Martin St-Louis makes a controversial decision for the Montreal Canadiens involving Michel Pezzetta
The Canadiens are facing the Sabres tonight, a team that gave them trouble earlier this season. Cayden Primeau will be in goal for this matchup.
In addition to the starting goalie, Martin St-Louis made another change. Joel Armia will replace Michael Pezzetta.
So, once again, the Canadiens will be vulnerable against the Sabres, with the two most robust players not in the lineup (Arber Xhekaj and Pezzetta).
Moreover, Joel Armia is far from being a savior, that's understood. The effort put in by Pezzetta is far superior to what Armia has shown.
"Canadiens' lineup at practice:
Armia in place of Pezzetta...
Primeau in goal
Caufield-Suzuki-Slafkovsky
Monahan-Evans-Anderson
Pearson-Dvorak-Gallagher
Armia-Stephens-Ylonen
Matheson-Lindstrom
Guhle-Barron
Struble-Kovacevic
Primeau"

Even when journalists question the presence of Joel Armia, it says a lot. However, let's hope the Finn proves the coach right with a strong performance tonight.
