Photos of Martin St. Louis with a young star that you know very well are causing a stir on the web
During a charitable event called the "Shoulder Check Showcase," several NHL players came together for a charity match in support of the HT40 Foundation, which was created in honor of a young player who took his own life at the age of 16.
Even the head coach of the Canadiens, Martin St. Louis, was a part of it, coaching one of the two teams.
One of the key figures of the foundation, Trevor Zegras, was also present, and a photo of him with St. Louis set social media ablaze last night.
The Canadiens' head coach was seen chatting with the young star of the Ducks, even trying out the latter's hockey stick.
Of course, it's all in good fun, but that didn't stop fans from humorously calling for a trade to bring Zegras to Montreal. It's worth noting that contract negotiations between Anaheim and Zegras seem to be at a standstill at the moment.
While it's highly unlikely to happen, just imagine if Cole Caufield's best friend were to join the Canadiens one day, it could certainly spark some excitement on the ice.
