Kirby Dach makes a very positive statement about Patrik Laine
When we think of Patrik Laine and the injury he suffered, we hope that some positive will come out of it and that he can recover faster than expected.
Kirby Dach spent the entire last season sidelined due to a knee injury, and he knows exactly what he's talking about. He wouldn't wish that on his worst enemy.
Although he is not privy to insider information and does not have any updates on the health status of his new linemate, Kirby Dach had very positive points to bring up about Patrik Laine.
Laine's work ethic was impeccable. Often the first and the last on the ice, not to mention the times he would do overtime.
He was on a mission to revive his career, and he wanted to do it in Montreal. Unfortunately, he was struck by bad luck and suffered a serious knee injury.
We still have not received confirmation from the Canadiens about the nature of the injury and recovery time, but we continue to hope that he has avoided the worst.
